New Seal Pup Debut at Aquarium of the Pacific
The first seal born at the Aquarium of the Pacific, recently made her debut in the Aquarium's Seal & Sea Lion Habitat. Her name was suggested by a City of Long Beach employee, Marina Ohlson Smorick, in honor of historical figure Jotham Bixby "The Father of Long Beach."
The seal pup was born on April 26th weighing 20 pounds, and is now approximately 50 pounds. She can be viewed by all guests of the Aquarium in her new habitat, along with the other seals living at the Aquarium.
Tickets are $25.95 adults (12+), $22.95 seniors (62+), $14.95 children (3-11), and free to children under the age of three.
