Spread Holiday Cheer at the Orange County Rescue Mission
Looking to give back to your community this holiday season? The Orange County Rescue Mission is one of my favorite local charities to support in Orange County. Many of the residents that live in the transitional residents at the Village of Hope have not celebrated Christmas in years - some never have.
The community is invited to help spread holiday cheer to the 192 men, women and children living at The Village of Hope by decorating the 6,000 square-foot facility for the holidays.
There will be a special "Decorating Day" on Tuesday, December 4th from 9am to 5pm. This is the perfect opportunity to get your children involved in community service. We hope that everyone can come join us spread holiday cheer.
For families unable to attend the decorating day, they are also welcome to make donations of holiday decorations. Suggested donations are holiday lights, Christmas banners, wreathes, garland and other festive decorations.
The Village of Hope is located at 1 Hope Drive in Tustin.
