We all know New Years Resolutions are sometimes hard to stick to. I am a foodie and I am always saying I am going to try and eat healthier, or lose weight. But, I always end up falling off the wagon. Recently I came across a new recipe website called www.yummly.com. I learned as a dieter I could search for Weight Watchers or Low Carb recipes and get a well-organized list with photos and nutrition information right on the page.
I also learned that you can easily set your preferences for fat, carbs, cholesterol and calories. The site also serves as a planning tool to ensure you really do cook at home. You can search for easy, healthy dinners to prepare for the kids. You can also save your favorite recipes or share them on Pinterest or Facebook.
Best of all there are tons of "how to" cooking videos. I learned how to properly cut a pepper. Who knew?
